I was born in Milan, Italy and growing up surrounded by amazing architecture I developed my love for real estate at an early age.

Since I was a little girl, I would drive my dad crazy asking about buildings, wanting to go see them and tour them! I was lucky enough to travel extensively with my family all over Europe and more, which ultimately consolidated my love for Real Estate.

I attended one of the most prestigious University in Italy, La Bocconi, and I have a PhD in Business & Economics, with a Master in Marketing. My very first steps in the business world, however, was not in Real Estate. I worked with Yamaha Music Italy for several years. I was the head of the Guitars & Drums Department in Italy and that’s how I met my husband, Billy!

But that’s a completely different story…… which I’m sure we will talk about it when we’ll meet in person!

Real Estate came later as a true life calling for me. My love for helping people set a clear path in my life which gives me such a great purpose: helping my clients selling their home or finding their dream one. My clients become part of my family and I love to establish a friendly relationship that continues way after we have worked together. Real Estate brought some of the most incredible people in my life, and I’m truly grateful for that. I serve clients all over the US. As a relocation specialist I have relocated numerous families in the Nashville area. Nothing gives me more happiness than witnessing the start of a new chapter in life for my clients here in Music City. I’m a transplant myself and I know very well how stressful a move from a different State can be. Helping to keep that stress level under control is all I focus on, so you can continue to create the life of your dreams!

In my free time I love to cook and entertain. I guess that’s all because of my Italian roots!

Growing up, my mom used to cook big meals for our family and friends, and it was always a party! My side of the family still lives in Milan, Italy and when I can, I hop on a plane and go visit with them. Family is everything to me!

And yes! I do have an Italian accent which will never leave me! You’ll notice it right away and I hope you’ll like it as much as my husband does! Jokes aside, I moved to the States, to Los Angeles in 2005 as a grown-up woman. Italian is my first language, and my English will always have that cute Italian sound to it!

I love to work with out of state clients because throughout my personal relocations I gained quite a bit of knowledge on the whole process which I know is very valuable in similar situations. I have resources I use and share with my clients to help the moving process be as smooth as possible. And if you have worked with me before you know I love to spoil my clients with all sorts of gifts when they finally can walk through the door of their forever home!

Having such a natural eye for décor since I was a kid, I also LOVE helping my sellers in getting their house ready to hit the market. Visualizing spaces and colors come natural to me since I was a kid. I rarely have to use a tape measurement – I do as I’m such a perfectionist – because I can tell with my bare eyes how much space or length or height we need or have!

With built in staging skills and my digital marketing strategy I sell quick for top dollars!

I also love to work with first time home buyers. I can relate to that moment in life when I became a homeowner for the first time myself. It’s so exciting but also scary, and it can be a roller coaster of emotions. I love to work alongside first-time home buyers and re-assure them throughout the process until I can give them the keys to their first Nashville home. Such a special moment I feel so privilege to share with them!
